Regular Exhibitor – $819 – If paying by check your discounted price is $795 per booth
Sponsors – $719 – If paying by check your discounted price is $695
Extra Table (6 ft) – $100 | Extra Chairs – $10/each
What is Included in the cost?
All booths are 10×10 booth space with pipe and drape on sides and back.
Space includes carpeting, 6-foot draped table, 2 chairs, company i.d. sign and a wastebasket
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: If cancellation is received in writing prior to March 1, 2024, reservation fee less $100 handling charge will be refunded. No refunds will be given for any cancellation request if received after March 1, 2024.

Need More Name Badges?
NYIFT Suppliers Day does not charge for name badges, and there is no limit. Add the additional representatives on this form: https://nyift.org/exhibitor-registration-2/ We also do not charge to attend this industry event!

The NYIFT Suppliers Day is being held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at the NJ Expo Center, 97 Sunfield Ave, Edison, NJ 08837.
Exhibitors Check-in Time
11:00 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.
When you arrive you may unload your car by the entrance with the flagpole. We will have Student Volunteers helping you. Please properly label your materials with your booth number on it and our Student Volunteers will bring it to your booth as you park your car.
Do you require Internet or WiFi?
The NJ Expo Center does not provide free WiFi. If you need dedicated Internet, please reserve it by completing this form.

Name Tags – Name tags will be picked up upon your arrival. Click here to request exhibitor name tags.
Shipping Material/boxes to the Show?
Boxes can only be accepted if arrival is Monday, April 8. Include your Booth Number on the box. Please address them as follows:

Shipping Material/boxes FROM the Show?
If you wish to return material from the Expo Center, please come prepared with mailing labels. Only UPS and FedEx can be accepted and you must make your own arrangements with the carrier to return material. Please call UPS and FedEx that evening for your package to be picked up.
