It requires multi-tasking, attention to detail, documentation skills, reliability, speed, accuracy, and flexibility. Responsibilities include Performing: Organoleptic Testing; Creating and Updating: Specifications, Product Item Numbers, Custom Formulations, Pre-Blends; Reviewing and Approving: Shipping Labels, Raw Materials; Maintaining/Managing: Documentation in Systems, Current Product Information, Product Specifications, Laboratory Results and other tasks as required by the quality team. Familiarity with Regulatory agencies and processes, exposure to GMP’s, COA’s, GDP’s & HACCP experience highly preferred.
