For over 18 years, Lindsay has been a part of FONA’s Flavor Creation team. Her vast expertise includes characterizing flavors, flavor duplication, and taste modification across food, beverage, healthcare, and CBD/Cannabis products. Her knowledge of flavors and terpenes was critical in the creation of our imitation cannabis flavor and development of masking solutions for common cannabis off-notes. Lindsay also brings extensive regulatory knowledge needed to support customized taste solutions.
