We are excited to return to the Birchwood Manor for our Suppliers Expo & Technical Seminar. We’ve taken your feedback and modified the exhibitor floor plan to allow for more space between exhibitors and more balance between the ballrooms!

Attendance at the Suppliers Expo, from 2pm to 6pm, is free! Please register if you plan on attending or exhibiting so we can create proper name badges.
Registration for the Technical Seminar, which runs from 9am – 2pm, has a nominal fee of $25 and space is limited. Seminar attendees can then visit the expo following the presentations. Reserve your space today!

Booth upgrades for electricity ($135, single 500w plug) or extra chairs ($15 each) are available.

- Zoom into the map booth below to see more details on each booth – number, size, and cost.
- Once you’ve found the right booth, click on it to select. The panel on the left should display the relevant booth information.
- When you’re ready to move forward, click “reserve” on the left panel. You’ll be taken to the exhibitor portal to complete your reservation.
- In the registration page, you’re able to select booth add-ons & sponsorships to your reservation.
- Once you’ve selected any add-ons & your information is correctly entered – press “Reserve” at the bottom of the page. You’re all set!
Once you’ve registered you’ll receive information via the provided email, as well as the link to your individual exhibitor portal.
