Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: If cancellation is received in writing prior to February 4, 2019, reservation fee less $100 handling charge will be refunded. No refunds will be given for any cancellation request if received after February 4, 2019.

The NYIFT Suppliers Day is being held on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the Meadowlands Expo Center at Harmon Meadow, 355 Plaza Drive, Secaucus, NJ 07094. Click for directions.

Exhibitors Check-in Time
12:15 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. at Booth No. ______
When you arrive you may pull your car to the unloading dock area (Freight Door) in the back of the building. Unload your materials, park your vehicle and come in to register. “NO PARKING” restrictions in fire lanes, service streets, loading dock areas or any other location posted “NO PARKING”, will be strictly enforced. Unauthorized vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense.

We will have Student Volunteers helping you. So, please properly label your materials with your booth number on it and our Student Volunteers will bring it to your booth.  You will be given 15 minutes to unload your material and remove your car to the parking space. Please park AWAY from the FRONT ENTRANCE of the building so that your customers may receive preferential treatment!

Do you require Internet or WiFi?
The Meadowlands Expo Center does not have WiFi. However, you can purchase it for a daily rate. Click here for instructions on how to purchase this option the day of the show.  If you need more sophisticated internet / technology services, download the Internet Kit to learn more about the services you can purchase. Preferably this option should be done before the Show.

If you are shipping material/boxes to the show, arrival of material NO EARLIER than Monday, March 18, 2019. Please label boxes as follows:

Didn’t receive your email with the Booth Number?
If it is after March 1 and you did not receive your booth number, contact the NYIFT Office by phone at 201.905.0090 or email at When booth numbers have been assigned, we will provide it on the Exhibitor List online.
