We’re absolutely delighted to share some exciting news with you. Due to overwhelming popular demand, we’re thrilled to welcome back Gary Pavlis from Rutgers to our Holiday Party! But that’s not all – this year, we’ve added another distinguished speaker to the lineup. Please give a warm welcome to Eric Schmoyer, Senior Manager – Technical Services at Barry Callebaut.
Eric is all set to tantalize our taste buds with a delightful chocolate tasting featuring four exquisite varieties: caramelized white, darker milk, extra dark chocolate, and the unique ruby chocolate. The icing on the cake? We’ll have the pleasure of savoring these delectable delights with dinner, paired perfectly with a selection of wines hand-curated by Gary, our favorite wine expert.
Prepare for an unforgettable evening where the rich flavors of chocolate are seamlessly blended with the perfect wine accompaniments. This dynamic duo promises to delight and leave you craving more as we explore the magical synergy between wine and chocolate.
Stay tuned for more details as we prepare for a night of pure indulgence and delight. Mark your calendars for December 6th because this is one event you absolutely won’t want to miss!
